Makes a great egplant dish

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants serves an eggplant with garlic sauce dish that is always a hit. I tried it at home using this sauce as a base and it turned out really great! Just roasted some eggplant in the oven, then tossed it in my wok with this sauce and a little extra garlic. It turned out great! This is a very flavorful, not too spicy sauce that I will definitely buy again.
