Clark + Hopkins Laos Hot Sauce

Clark + Hopkins sauces are known for capturing the flavor of a region. For C+H's Laos hot sauce, they combine the heat of bird's eye chiles and habaneros, with the bright flavors of lemongrass and ginger. Dried shrimp add a deep umami flavor, which balances the acidity of the vinegar.

We love this on tofu, chicken, and as a marinade for stir fry, and as a dip for shrimp rolls.
