    Dick's Caribbean Dreams hot sauce is a Barbados style mustard-based hot sauce, that gets its heat from habanero peppers, and it's Caribbean vibe from succulent fruits (pineapple, peaches, and pears), mustard, brown sugar and fresh spices. Dick's Caribbean is a perfect complement to fish, chicken, and pork.

    Bottle gone in a week

    I received my bottle on Tuesday and already ordering 3 more. If you like smokey honey mustard style sauce with a back end of heat this is for you. I would say its medium heat with a build to it. I can imagine this being great on everything. So far Ive had it with tofu scrambles, smoked oysters, cauliflower bites, and toped on hot dogs. This is replacing caribbean gold as my new go to sauce.

    Great Mustard Based Sauce

    I'm a huge fan of Dirty Dick's original sauce, so when I saw this I had to give it a try. This sauce isn't as "fruity" as the original, and it's a bit thinner, but the mustard base goes great pork and chicken. Very tasty, and a medium heat that makes it great for an every-day sauce.
